This guarantee is our commitment to customer satisfaction and applies to all seed purchases made from HappyGrowings, provided they follow the proper germination method.

🕒 Guarantee Period

120 days from the day after your order is delivered.

✅ What’s Covered?

If your seeds do not germinate, you’re eligible for compensation — once per order — for the seeds that did not sprout.

Important:
This guarantee is only valid when using the paper towel method as outlined in our Germination Guide. Adhering to our recommended process ensures fair and accurate results.

📌 Terms & Requirements

  • One guarantee claim per order.

  • Applies only to seeds that failed to germinate in the same batch (i.e., not in separate attempts).

  • Evidence must clearly demonstrate:

    • Use of the paper towel method.

    • Proof of date.

    • Images of all seeds (both germinated and ungerminated).

📝 Claim Instructions

Option 1 – Within 120 Days

Please submit:

  • Clear photos of all seeds on a damp paper towel.

  • Proof of the attempt date (such as a note in the image).

Option 2 – After 120 Days

Please submit:

  • Photos of all seeds (germinated and ungerminated).

  • Proof of the date germination was attempted.

  • Description and photos of the storage medium used.
