Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must have proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt).

Note: Perishable goods, gift cards, and custom items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, Contact us  with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item Contact us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you're returning an item, the return shipping fee will be your responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
